Access, rights, and privacy.
Private access, pricing, publishing rights, privacy, and current prelaunch limits.
Access and pricing
Private testing, the waitlist, launch timing, and pricing.
01Is MrProducer available now?
MrProducer is in private prelaunch testing. Access is opening gradually, and no public launch date has been announced.
02How do I request private access?
Join the waitlist with an email address you control. That records your interest in product updates and possible private access.
03Does the waitlist guarantee an invitation?
No. Joining does not guarantee an invitation, priority, availability, a launch date, or a specific feature.
04What happens after I join the waitlist?
Your email is added to the private-access list. MrProducer may use it for the waitlist, beta-access, launch, and product-update emails you requested. It does not create a product account.
05When will public access open?
There is no announced date. MrProducer may invite people gradually, change its access criteria, pause invitations, or close the waitlist while testing continues.
06How much will MrProducer cost?
Pricing and credit rules are not final. The applicable prices and product terms will be shown before paid access opens.
Rights and publishing
Commercial use, input permissions, generated output, and publishing checks.
01Can I use AI-generated videos commercially?
Commercial-use terms are not final. Your rights may depend on your plan, the material you provide, and third-party terms. Do not assume every reel is cleared for commercial use.
02What rights do I need for uploaded material?
You need permission to use any image, video, script, recording, logo, character, or other reference you provide. Finding a file online or owning a copy does not by itself give you that permission.
03Who owns the script and finished reel?
The product's ownership and output-license terms have not been published yet. MrProducer will show those terms before accounts, uploads, or generation open.
04Are AI-generated reels always unique or accurate?
No. Different users may receive similar elements, and a reel can get facts or visual details wrong. Check the claims, likenesses, and rights before publishing.
05What should I review before publishing a reel?
Check the facts, names, captions, visual details, likenesses, trademarks, music, and any required AI disclosure. You are responsible for the reel you choose to publish.
06How do I report copyright, likeness, or other misuse?
Use the Contact page and choose Copyright or likeness. Include the material at issue, where it appears, who or what it affects, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorized.
Privacy and safety
Waitlist data, product data, confidential material, and prohibited use.
01What data does the public waitlist collect?
The waitlist records your email address, when it was submitted, its website source, and the consent sentence and notice versions shown when you joined. Technical signals are also processed to validate the request and limit abuse. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
02Does MrProducer use analytics or advertising cookies?
No optional analytics or advertising trackers are used today. The private creation experience uses necessary local storage to remember an active project and an unfinished draft. MrProducer will ask for preferences before optional trackers are added where required.
03Can I remove my email from the waitlist?
Yes. Contact MrProducer from the address you joined with and ask to leave the waitlist. After the request is verified, the address is removed from the active list. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or security records.
04Are prompts, uploads, or outputs used to train models?
The current public waitlist does not accept prompts, uploads, or generated media. Product retention and training terms have not been published yet. Review them before sending material after access opens.
05How long are uploads and generated files kept?
Product retention rules have not been published because uploads and generation are not publicly open. Do not send confidential production files through the public contact address.
06Can I send confidential files through the Contact page?
No. Use the public contact address for questions and reports. Do not send credentials, customer data, unreleased scripts, or production media.
07What content is prohibited?
The Acceptable Use Policy bars fraud, harmful impersonation, sexual exploitation, threats, targeted harassment, serious wrongdoing, and material used without the required rights. Product terms may add more limits.
