1. What you can report

Use this process to report material on a MrProducer-controlled page or service that may infringe copyright. You can also report a generated scene or reel that appears to misuse a person's likeness, voice, private information, brand, or identity. A generated or rendered reel is not proof that its inputs or output were authorised or cleared for publication.

The current public website has no user gallery and accepts no public uploads. This process will be expanded before accounts, uploads, generation, or public sharing become available.

2. What to include in a copyright report

Email info@mrproducer.aiwith the subject "Copyright report." Include:

  • Your name, contact details, and relationship to the rights holder.
  • A clear description of the protected work or a link to an authorised example.
  • The exact URL, reel, frame, or other information needed to find the material.
  • Why you believe the use is not authorised by the owner, an agent, or law.
  • A statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Do not attach identity documents or confidential source files unless they are genuinely needed.

3. How a report is reviewed

MrProducer may ask for missing information, preserve relevant records, restrict access to the material, or contact the person who supplied it. A report does not guarantee removal. Ownership, permission, context, exceptions, and the law may all affect the decision.

Put urgent threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, or a risk to a child in the subject line so the report can be separated from an ordinary ownership dispute.

4. If your material was restricted

If MrProducer restricts your material after a rights report and you believe the decision is wrong, reply with your contact details, the material and decision involved, why you disagree, and any evidence of ownership, licence, consent, exception, or other authority.

MrProducer may share the substance of a report or response with the affected parties when reasonably needed to investigate it. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

5. Repeat infringement and false reports

Repeated or serious infringement may lead to a rejected generation, restricted access, or account closure when product accounts open. A knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive report may also lead to action.

This policy does not replace a formal notice, counter-notice, or safe-harbour process required by applicable law. MrProducer will publish designated-agent details if such a process applies.

6. Likeness, privacy, and brand reports

Copyright is not the right category for every generated-video complaint. If a reel misuses a face, voice, identity, private fact, trademark, or claimed endorsement, identify the person or right involved, where the material appears, and the harm or likely confusion.

Email info@mrproducer.aiwith the subject "Rights report."

These policies cover the public website and waitlist. Before accounts, uploads, generation, or payments open, MrProducer will publish the terms that apply to those features. Questions can be sent to info@mrproducer.ai.
