1. Where this policy applies
This policy applies to the public website and waitlist now. It also states the baseline rules for ideas, reference material, generated scenes, and finished reels when product access opens. The product terms may add more specific limits.
You are responsible for the idea and material you submit, the permissions needed to use them, and the finished reel you choose to publish or share. MrProducer's generation, assembly, or rendering of a reel does not approve its content, clear third-party rights, verify factual claims, or remove that responsibility.
2. Deceptive or harmful reels
Do not use MrProducer to make or distribute:
- A reel used for fraud, a scam, extortion, a fake endorsement, or deceptive impersonation.
- Synthetic footage presented as authentic evidence, reporting, or a real recording when it is likely to cause material harm.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or content that incites violence against a person or group.
- Content that instructs, promotes, or materially assists serious wrongdoing or physical harm.
3. Sexual abuse and child safety
MrProducer must not be used for:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, including synthetic or illustrated depictions.
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18 or presented as being under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualised deepfakes, or any other sexual exploitation.
- Grooming, trafficking, or content intended to enable abuse.
MrProducer may report suspected child exploitation when the law requires it.
4. Real people and false identity
Do not:
- Use a real person's face, voice, likeness, private information, or biometric material without the rights and consent the law requires.
- Show a real person saying, doing, supporting, or endorsing something they did not.
- Present a synthetic person, account, or organisation as a real identity in order to deceive viewers.
- Create deceptive political, civic, medical, financial, or emergency footage that is likely to cause material harm.
5. Copyright, privacy, and other rights
Do not submit a reference image, video clip, script, recording, logo, character, or other material unless you have the right to use it. Generating or rendering a reel does not confirm ownership, consent, a licence, an exception, or permission to publish it. Finding a file online or possessing a copy does not by itself give you permission to generate from it or publish the result.
Rights concerns can be reported through the Copyright and Rights Policy.
6. Platform and provenance integrity
Do not:
- Bypass access gates, rate limits, moderation, account controls, or safety checks.
- Send automated traffic or consume compute, storage, or generation capacity without permission.
- Probe for or extract private media, credentials, or non-public system information.
- Remove or hide a watermark, provenance signal, AI disclosure, or identifier that MrProducer requires.
7. What happens after a report
MrProducer may refuse a generation, restrict access, preserve relevant records, remove material it hosts, or report conduct when reasonably needed to enforce this policy, protect people or systems, or comply with law.
A report should identify the reel, input, account, or conduct involved, explain the concern, and include a way to reply. Send it to info@mrproducer.ai. A person affected by an enforcement decision may ask for a review when a review is available.
These policies cover the public website and waitlist. Before accounts, uploads, generation, or payments open, MrProducer will publish the terms that apply to those features. Questions can be sent to info@mrproducer.ai.
